This 3D Asset License ("License") governs the use of digital 3D models, scenes, textures, materials, and other digital assets ("Assets") purchased or downloaded from AV3D.SPACE, operated by AV3D GRAPHICS.
By purchasing, downloading, or using an Asset from AV3D.SPACE, the customer ("Licensee") agrees to the terms of this License.
1. License Grant
Upon successful purchase, AV3D GRAPHICS grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Asset in accordance with this License.
The purchase of an Asset does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original Asset to the Licensee.
2. Unlimited Personal and Commercial Use
A purchased Asset may be used in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects. No additional project-based license fee is required.
Permitted commercial uses include, but are not limited to:
- Architectural visualization
- Interior and exterior visualization
- 3D rendering
- Animations
- Walkthroughs
- Presentations
- Advertisements
- Websites
- Marketing materials
- Client projects
- Commercial design projects
- Architectural proposals
3. Client Work
The Licensee may use purchased Assets in projects created for clients. Resulting rendered images, animations, walkthroughs, presentations, and other final visual outputs may be delivered to clients as part of the project.
However, the original downloadable Asset files must not be transferred to the client unless the client independently purchases or otherwise obtains an appropriate license from AV3D.SPACE.
4. Company and Team Use
Where an Asset is purchased by a company, organization, studio, or other business entity, the Asset may be used by that organization's authorized employees and team members for projects undertaken by that organization.
For example: Company A purchases an Asset, and authorized designers and employees of Company A may use that Asset in Company A's projects.
The Asset may not be provided to an unrelated individual, company, studio, or organization for their independent use.
5. Permitted Modifications
The Licensee may modify, edit, resize, recolor, retexture, combine, or otherwise adapt an Asset for use within a permitted project.
Such modifications do not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying original Asset to the Licensee.
6. Rendered and Final Outputs
The Licensee may freely use and distribute final outputs created using the Asset, including still renders, images, animations, videos, walkthroughs, presentations, architectural visualization outputs, and marketing materials.
The original downloadable Asset files do not need to be distributed with these final outputs.
7. Prohibited Uses
The Licensee may not:
- Resell the original Asset.
- Redistribute the original Asset.
- Share the original Asset files publicly or privately for independent use by others.
- Upload the original Asset to another marketplace or asset library.
- Upload the Asset to file-sharing or download platforms for redistribution.
- Make the original Asset available for free download.
- Claim the original Asset as their own original creation.
- Create a competing downloadable product substantially based on the Asset for resale or redistribution.
- Transfer the purchased Asset to an unrelated third party for their independent use.
8. No Copyright Transfer
Purchasing an Asset grants a license to use the Asset; it does not constitute a transfer of copyright, intellectual property rights, or ownership.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific product listing, the original Asset remains the intellectual property of AV3D GRAPHICS and/or its respective rights holders.
9. Third-Party Content
Certain Assets may contain third-party models, textures, materials, plugins, or other components.
Where additional restrictions apply, those restrictions may be stated on the individual product page and will form part of the applicable license for that Asset.
10. Product Removal From AV3D.SPACE
AV3D GRAPHICS may remove or deactivate an Asset from AV3D.SPACE at any time.
Removal or deactivation of an Asset does not automatically cancel a valid license previously granted to a customer who legitimately purchased the Asset.
11. Digital Products and Refunds
Because AV3D.SPACE provides digital products that may become available for download after successful payment, customers should review the product description, previews, supported formats, and other available information before purchasing.
Refund eligibility is governed by the AV3D.SPACE Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable to the purchase.
12. License Termination
This License remains effective as long as the Licensee complies with its terms.
If the Licensee materially violates this License, AV3D GRAPHICS may terminate the License.
Following termination, the Licensee must stop using the Asset and delete the original downloadable files, except where retention is required by applicable law.
13. Asset Compatibility
Assets are supplied according to the formats and specifications stated on their respective product pages.
AV3D GRAPHICS does not guarantee compatibility with every version of every 3D software application.
Customers should review the listed supported formats before purchase.
Supported formats may include, where specified on an individual product listing: MAX, FBX, OBJ, 3DS, GLTF, GLB, BLEND, C4D, 3DM, STL, DAE, and other formats specifically listed for that product.
14. License Changes
AV3D GRAPHICS may update this License from time to time.
Any changes will apply according to the terms displayed on AV3D.SPACE and applicable law.
15. Governing Law
This License shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or relating to this License shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India, subject to applicable law.

17. Acceptance of License
By purchasing, downloading, or using an Asset from AV3D.SPACE, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this AV3D.SPACE 3D Asset License.
