AV3D.SPACE, operated by AV3D GRAPHICS, primarily sells digital 3D assets and other downloadable digital products.
Because these products are delivered electronically, no physical shipping is required for standard AV3D.SPACE digital purchases.
1. Digital Products
Products offered through AV3D.SPACE may include 3D models, scenes, materials, textures, project files, and other digital resources.
The applicable product page will indicate the available file formats and other relevant product information.
2. Digital Delivery
After a customer's payment has been successfully completed and verified, AV3D.SPACE provides access to the purchased digital product through a secure download link.
The download link may be temporary and may include security restrictions, expiry periods, or download-attempt limits designed to protect the digital product from unauthorized access.
3. Delivery Time
Digital delivery is generally initiated automatically after successful payment verification.
In normal circumstances, the customer may receive access shortly after the payment has been successfully verified.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed by payment verification, technical issues, network problems, maintenance, or third-party payment-service interruptions.
4. Download Problems
If a customer has successfully paid but does not receive a download link, receives an expired or invalid link, or encounters a genuine technical problem while accessing a purchased product, the customer should contact AV3D.SPACE support.
We will verify the transaction and make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate replacement download link.
5. File Storage and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased files after delivery.
AV3D.SPACE may retain transaction and delivery records for operational, security, customer-support, accounting, or legal purposes, but customers should not rely on the website as their only permanent backup of purchased files.
6. No Physical Shipping
Standard AV3D.SPACE digital products are not physically shipped.
Customers will not receive a parcel, physical media, printed documentation, or other physical delivery unless a particular product listing explicitly states that physical delivery is included.
7. International Customers
